Workshop on Earth Pigments

During a private workshop @Verfmolendekat, I dove into everything there is to know about Earth Pigments. Piet Kempenaar, owner of this windmill, knows not only about the pigment's rich history, but also how to apply it on paper. Painting on fabric however, was new for him. My own method - based on a lot of trial and error with fermented and horrible smelly soy milk - struck him as surprisingly color fast! These are samples we made together.
